TWP Landscaping uses the information you submit through this website to review your project, contact you, prepare an estimate, and provide requested services.

Information we collect

The quote form may ask for your name, phone number, email address, service address, the type of work you need, a description of the property, and optional photos. The site may also receive basic technical information used for security, such as an IP address and browser details.

How we use it

We use quote information to respond to you and manage the requested work. We may also use limited technical information to block spam, investigate errors, and keep the site working.

Project photos

Photos attached to a quote request are stored privately. TWP will not publish those photos on the website or social media without separate permission from the customer.

Service providers

Companies that host the website, store quote requests, filter automated abuse, or deliver email notifications may process information for TWP. They receive only the access needed to provide those services. TWP does not sell quote information.

How long we keep information

We keep quote and project information only as long as needed to respond, provide service, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or de-identified.

Your choices

You may ask TWP to correct or delete information you submitted. Some records may need to be kept when the law requires it or when they are needed to complete an active job.
